Kusuka has the right to cancel the transaction if the product stock ordered is out of stock. Kusuka will issue refunds for canceled transactions.
Kusuka is not responsible for accepting any claims, except for:
exchange claims in the event that the Product received by the Customer is defective or damaged; And
claims of errors and/or shortages in Product delivery.
Claims for these two things must be submitted to Kusuka Customer Service no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the Product is received by the Customer, along with video evidence of package opening/unboxing along with and:
- For claims about damaged or defective products, be accompanied by a photo of the product's outer packaging/packaging, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and a photo of the production batch number, expiry date listed on the back of the product, photos and video of the condition of the Kusuka plaster/duct tape package upon arrival. at the recipient's address until opened (not edited/cut for the duration of the video), the condition of the cardboard, the condition of the product received, and the photos and packaging list included in the package or in the order on the customer's account.
- To claim errors and/or shortages in product delivery, it is necessary to return accompanied by photos and videos of the condition of the plaster/duct tape of the Kusuka package when it arrived at the recipient's address until it was opened (not edited/cut for the duration of the video), the condition of the cardboard, and photos and packaging list. included in the package or in the order on the customer's account.
Kusuka will observe claims submitted by Customers and Kusuka may ask Customers to provide additional evidence, as necessary, through information submitted by Customer Service.
Except regarding the matters mentioned previously, Kusuka is not responsible and/or has any obligation to respond to any claims submitted by Customers who purchase Products through the Site.
After the claim has been observed, Kusuka will send a replacement for the defective, damaged, wrong and/or under-delivered Product, in the form of a Product or funds (refund), according to the time determined by Kusuka.
The Kusuka Customer Service Team will contact the Customer to confirm the observation results regarding the claim.
